The business assist program in Wales is potentially a three stage process. Stage 1 is a short diagnostic interview (up to 1/2 day FOC) to isolate potential cost saving applications of AIDC within your organisation. If there is a potential then Stage 2 consists of a 3 day feasibility study and report (still FOC), to propose a solution. These two stages are carried out by a consultant from a local university with no commercial agenda.
Stage 3 is not FOC and can take several forms. It maybe that the University can provide support through the provision of graduate help or in other cases they may provide you with a short list of approved suppliers from which to choose.  For more information visit the web site of the National AIDC Centre for Wales.
